Review your Progress at least Weekly

Many readers know that I'm on Jack Canfield's team, to inspire others to be better and make the world better. I present the principles outlined in his book. Here is a tip Jack shared with me and other coaches and I think it is something everyone can use. 
REVIEW YOUR PROGRESS WEEKLY
Every week, briefly review what you accomplished the previous week - what you learned, and what worked and what didn’t work in terms of your process and scheduling. A great way to do this is to keep a journal and then briefly read it over again during your weekly power hour so you can remind yourself of everything you’ve learned as well as the parts you’d like to review to deepen your learning.
